Living with Pride and Joy ™

Clean Out the "Junk Drawer" of Your Life

Most of us would admit to having at least one junk drawer somewhere, at work or at home, crowded with stuff we don't need any more. We hang onto that junk, even though we know it needs to go. We hang on to "junk drawer thinking" too – those attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that keep us from reaching our personal and professional best. In this lively and fun filled keynote, Jean shares stories and life lessons to help you get rid of "junk drawer thinking" as you develop a plan to act and not simply react to circumstances and people in your life.

Participants will develop skills and competencies to:

  • Refocus their priorities to identify what's working well

  • Identify who/what is taking up space in their careers, relationships and lives

  • Recognize healthy and unhealthy relationships at work and at home

  • Redirect their energy and creativity to focus on who/what matters most

  • Bounce back from setbacks to remain resilient in challenging times

  • Re-energize their sense of humor to help keep their lives in perspective

  • Maintain personal accountability for every action and decision

This session can qualify for CEUs, contact hours and education credits.

"I have never received so many compliments on a speaker as I did after your workshop. Thanks for making me look so good as the meeting planner!"
