Family always comes first with me, so this photo is at the top of my list. Our son Michael and his bride Amy, along with Jennifer, Steven and Catherine, and grandsons Carter and Hudson. We are truly blessed.

What an honor to keynote the First Annual W.I.L.D. (Women in Leadership Development) conference in Erie, PA. I used humor, stories and life lessons to remind the audience of 300 women that leadership skills are life skills.
